T-shirt design for campaign against Jim Crow-era scheme in Louisiana, the 10-2 jury majority state law that destroyed the lives of hundreds of black and brown people by allowing non-unanimous felony convictions, often resulting in life without parole. The law was overturned in 2018, but excludes those already serving sentences from 10-2 verdicts. Why? The campaign, which is led by incarcerated  people, aims to raise awareness about this atrocious law, and to shed light on the system that created such a disaster in the first place. Email me if you would like to purchase a shirt! Proceeds go to legal fees for folks inside.
