Hand-drawn design elements combined in image-editing software, then vectorized for final product. Commissioned by the Audubon-Riverside Krewe of House Floats. The Audubon neighborhood is represented on the left by its zoo’s iconic Bengal tiger and live oaks, and the Riverside neighborhood is represented on the right by its classic shotgun-style houses, bedazzled for Mardi Gras; we see the famed crescent bend in the Mississippi below, which borders both neighborhoods.
